These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you (the “user”) and OMD AS (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your access to and use of VegasBonusClub (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, opening a game, or interacting with any feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, please leave the Site immediately and do not return.

1. Eligibility — you must be 18+

3. License to use the Site

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Site for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license terminates immediately upon any breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to game artwork, audio assets, code, source maps, text, brand marks, user interface elements, animations, sound effects, and overall site design — is owned by OMD AS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, mirror, repackage, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, frame, or distribute any portion of the Site or its content without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with the Site’s normal operation, infrastructure, or security; (c) use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated tools to interact with the Site; (d) attempt to bypass any security or access control measure; (e) misrepresent your age, identity, or jurisdiction; (f) attempt to extract, derive, or sell game source code or assets; (g) use the Site to harass, harm, or impersonate any other person.

6. No real-money gambling and no third-party operators

VegasBonusClub does not offer, facilitate, advertise, recommend, link to, or otherwise direct users to any real-money gambling operator. The Site is a stand-alone social entertainment product, not a portal or aggregator. We will not promote third-party gambling services even where local law might permit such promotion.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OMD AS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted.

9. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, take down, or restructure any feature of the Site at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Norway, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Oslo, Norway.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
